Responsibilities:

• Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
  
• Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements.
  
• Plan and execute requirement analysis gathering and documentation.
  
• Prepares and advises on business analysis policies processes best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the project.

• Experience in conducting business analysis at varying levels of details aligning with Project Management Methodology Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process.
  
• High level of experience in requirement gathering strategies preparing business cases and cost-benefit analysis and conducting feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives.
  
• High level of experience in developing processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to JAD sessions (Joint Application Development) interviews mock-ups.
  
• Experience in business modelling; use case modelling; conceptual and logical data modelling; process and data flow modelling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects.
  
• Experience in project monitoring problem solving and reporting.
  
• Develops performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation and conducts follow-ups.
  
• Experience conducting requirements gathering developing documentation including presentations and briefing notes and conducting stakeholder engagement.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs pain points and strategic goals.
  
• Use various techniques such as interviews workshops surveys document analysis and observation to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
  

Documentation: 30 Points

• Translate stakeholder input into clear concise and actionable requirements documentation (e.g. BRDs FRDs user stories use cases)
  

• Work with stakeholders to understand and document existing business workflows identifying inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  
• Develop optimized process models that align with strategic goals regulatory requirements and operational best practices.
