MDSearch is recruiting CCFP-trained Hospitalist Physicians to join Inuvik Regional Hospital the only hospital facility serving the Beaufort-Delta region. This role provides inpatient care for both adult and pediatric patients. No formal hospitalist certification is required but candidates must be comfortable managing a broad inpatient scope across all ages.
Compensation:
Hourly rate (no fee for service) along with on-call remuneration.
Requirements:
- CCFP (required)
- Comfortable caring for adult and pediatric inpatients
- Eligible for licensure in the Northwest Territories
Benefits:
- Travel and accommodations fully covered (meals not included)
- Travel stipend up to $3000 for locums travelling to Inuvik
(for start dates between Jan 5 March 31 based on travel time) - Locum blocks are typically 12 weeks with longer assignments available
