MDSearch is recruiting ER physicians to join Inuvik Regional Hospital a 51-bed facility with 12 acute care beds and the only hospital serving the Beaufort-Delta region. CCFP-EM certification is not required but candidates must be comfortable in an ER.
Compensation:
Hourly rate (no fee for service).
Requirements:
- CCFP (required)
- ACLS
- Vulnerable Sector Clearance
- Comfortable working independently in a rural ER
- Eligible for licensure in the Northwest Territories
Benefits:
- Travel and accommodations fully covered (meals not included)
- Travel stipend up to $3000 for locums travelling to Inuvik
(for start dates between Jan 5 March 31 based on travel time) - Locum blocks are typically 12 weeks with longer assignments available
