Job Summary

"Project Manager

Job Description: Ownership and Execution Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent pharmacy technology and central fill initiatives from inception to successful de-ployment. Oversee the planning design and construction of central fill sites ensuring tech-nical operational and regulatory requirements are met. Manage project scope resources budgets risks and schedules to achieve timely and effective -Functional Team Leadership Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including pharmacy opera-tions engineering IT product management supply chain construction management and ex-ternal vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders ensuring align-ment and effective communication throughout the project Collabora-tion Partner with pharmacy leadership teams to define business needs set project goals and identify key success metrics. Work closely with engineering and automation technology pro-viders to identify evaluate and implement hardware and software tools for central fill auto-mation. Manage vendor relationships contracts and deliverables to ensure performance Optimization and Compliance Analyse pharmacy workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation system upgrades and reporting tools.

Ensure all projects comply with applicable pharmaceutical regulations (e.g. HIPAA FDA DEA) and operational and Transparency Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans Gantt charts risk assessments and progress reports. Provide detailed updates to senior leadership on project milestones risks and mitigations. Required Technical Knowledge Pharmacy Operations Expertise Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows central fill systems and prescription fulfilment processes. Software Systems Knowledge Proficiency with pharmacy-specific software platforms such as Kroll PMS as well as basic ERPCRM tools. Familiarity with technologies such as automated dis-pensing machines workflow management systems and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) integrations. General knowledge of IT systems networks APIs and system integration best practices is highly desirable. Experience Requirements Proven Track Record 8-10 years of experience managing complex technical and operational projects in pharmacy operations healthcare technology or similar fields. Direct experience launching and building new central fill sites or large-scale pharmacy automation projects is preferred. Extensive collaboration ex-perience across engineering teams operations teams product management and other func-tional groups. Familiarity with construction project management processes for physical site builds is a plus. Desired Qualifications Educational Background Bachelors degree in engi-neering Healthcare Administration Pharmacy Computer Science or a related field."



Required Skills:

Experience (Years): 4-6 Essential Skills: Work with project teams throughout the organization to design implement and manage CDN infrastructure using Akamai to ensure high availability performance and scalability for customer facing applications and business processes. Handle multiple priorities and assignments with excellence and precision. Be a part of a 24/7/365 organization (some after hours support is expected as part of normal on-call rotation). Directly support line of business development teams provide guidance to them on implementation and changes for customer facing applications Develop and maintain security protocols and measures to protect CDN infrastructure from cyber threats. Monitor and analyze network performance identifying and resolving issues to optimize content delivery of critical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Akamai CDN solutions with existing systems and applications. Collaborate with information security teams to implement DDoS protection strategies and other security measures in the CDN. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding CDN and security best practices. Work closely with vendor and professional service teams on delivery related activities and strategy. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. OR similar work experience. Strong understanding of network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS DNS TCP/IP). Proven experience as a CDN Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on -depth knowledge of Content Delivery Network technologies including caching load balancing and content optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience supporting 24/7/365 customer facing applications at enterprise scale. Awareness and experience with cybersecurity tools and practices such as firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems and encryption. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python Bash) a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CEH) are a plus but not required.
