Job Summary

This is a remote position.

An exciting opportunity for a proactive and client-focused Project Manager to join a global software company whose products help large organisations streamline their operations and enhance customer experience. Youll oversee the successful delivery of software implementation projects for clients across North Americamanaging timelines coordinating resources and ensuring an outstanding onboarding experience from start to finish.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys leading projects building relationships and working in a dynamic environment where technology underpins every solution. Youll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure implementations run smoothly and deliver measurable value.

Location: Fully remote within North America - working Pacific Time

Salary: $75000 $90000 USD benefits

Requirements for Project Manager Software Implementations

Strong experience managing software or SaaS implementation projects within a customer-facing environment
Excellent organisational communication and stakeholder management skills
A confident consultative approach with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
A strong character who is able to effectively align internal teams with customer goals
Technically awarecomfortable discussing integrations configurations and data without being hands-on in coding
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet delivery milestones
Naturally driven detail-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for continuous improvement
Happy to work Pacific time zone - ideally you will be based in the PT or MT time zone

Responsibilities for Project Manager Software Implementations

Lead software implementation projects from kick-off through to completion ensuring all objectives are met
Manage project plans schedules and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope
Act as the main point of contact for clients providing guidance and regular updates throughout the process
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical support and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery sometimes persuading and refocusing internal teams
Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to ongoing process enhancements
