Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers gain maximum value from the platformleading onboarding and training nurturing strong client relationships and driving account growth through proactive engagement. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about education technology and who thrives in a relationship-focused consultative position.

Location:
Remote across the US (occasional travel to customer sites approximately 20%)

Salary:
Up to $80000 per annum uncapped commission annual bonus benefits

Requirements for Customer Success Manager

  • Strong background working within higher education student housing or campus operations with a deep understanding of their processes and challenges
  • Solid experience in customer success account management or a client-facing position where youve built long-term relationships and driven customer engagement
  • Confidence delivering online and in-person training sessions to a range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and manage renewals or expansions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers achieve success
  • Tech-curious mindset able to quickly learn and articulate how software delivers value in complex environments
  • Adaptable collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients ensuring high satisfaction and long-term success
  • Lead customer onboarding product training and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and value realisation
  • Proactively monitor account health and resolve challenges before they escalate
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities managing the full cycle from proposal through to close
  • Advocate for the customer internally sharing insights that help shape product improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions feedback and progress
