Job Summary

ChemicalMixTechII

TheChemicalMixTechIIis primarily responsible for producing parts that meet cosmetic requirements and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate Bead Blast Operations.
Operate centrifugal finishing equipment.
Operate Vibratory finishing equipment.
Operate buffing equipment.
Plug and mask parts per print for all mechanical andchemical finishing operations.
Operatechemical finishing operations such as TypeIIpassivation clear coat anodize hard coat anodize etc.
Sustains and maintains 5S standards and all continuous improvement activities.
Perform Equipment PMs
Ability to produce parts with Zero defects
Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions and procedures
Ability to work at established production rates.
Ability to rotate through a variety of manufacturing processes and perform tasks in a cell/team environment.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years of work experience preferably in a manufacturing environment specifically in finishing and/or coating processes.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Proficiency in reading instructions schematics and blueprints.
Skilled in operating various types of production equipment and using gauges and other measurement tools.
Basic computer skills.

Preferred

Willingness to work with materials and chemicals used in the manufacturing process.
Commitment to follow all metals finishing and plating procedures.
Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to learn and become proficient in metals finishing/plating.
Demonstrated ability to operate equipment safely without causing injury or damage.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes.
