The five-star Falkensteiner Family Resort Sicily on the islands southern coast captures the spirit of Sicily. Between golden beaches and the Valley of the Temples family-friendly suites and garden villas overlook the sea. Families relax in the Acquapura SPA play in 800 m² of Falkyland and come together over Sicilian flavours and Italian soul food.

Executive Chef (m/f/d) starting Mid of April 2026
Your responsibilities:
- You take overall responsibility for the culinary management and organization of all kitchen areas.
- You lead motivate and develop a team of around 30 dedicated colleagues.
- You ensure the highest quality standards across all outlets:
- À-la-carte restaurant
- Half-board service
- Events & banquets
- Various outlets within the resort
- You develop and implement innovative menu concepts in line with the Falkensteiner philosophy.
- You are responsible for budgeting and cost control and work closely with the management team.
Your profile:
- You have completed training as a chef and have several years of experience in a managerial position in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
- You are a creative mind with a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
- You are a strong leader with a hands-on mentality.
- Organizational talent business acumen and a passion for culinary excellence distinguish you.
- Written and spoken English and Italian German is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
