We are looking for a skilled OlympicCore Banking Support Analyst to join a global financialorganization and play a key role in supporting mission-critical bankingapplications. This is a hands-on role within the Application Production Supportteam ensuring the stability and reliability of the Olympic core banking platform and itsinterfaces.
About the Role
You will support end-users manage incidentshandle BAU requests and ensure smooth daily operations across the core bankingecosystem. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skillsalong with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver L2application support to business users
Manage incidents and escalate unresolved issueswhen required
Ensure high service quality and maintain stronguser relationships
Adhere to SLAs and operational performancetargets
Maintain and enrich knowledge base documentation
Handle support tasks in shift-based operations
Technical Requirements
AS400and Unix troubleshooting Mandatory
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow / JIRA is a plus
Knowledge of Olympic or Midas core bankingsystems
English:Fluent
Qualifications &Experience
5years total experience in IT
2years supporting banking products (e.g. investments corporateactions loans deposits FX remittances)
Good knowledge of general ledger &accounting within financial products
Experience in L1 & L2 supportenvironments
Availability to start ASAP
100%onsite in Lisbon
