ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity in our Retail Support team for someone with an enthusiastic attitude attention to detail and positive approach to customer service. Be the pivotal link for our customers store teams and distribution centre in this fast paced retail environment.

Reporting to the Freight Manager you will provide exceptional internal customer service and support to our Retail stores with regarding to a variety of distribution matters which may include scheduling Store Transfers coordinating New Store Openings and Store Closures managing event-driven requirements impacting store operations and keeping customers informed about service delays.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proven communication skills
Demonstrate reliability efficiency and attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and find resolutions of immediate concerns
Demonstrate an ever-better mindset to investigate opportunities
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable delivering difficult messages to internal/external stakeholders
Experience using Warehouse/Retail Management Systems is advantageous
Adaptability to respond to fast moving operational objectives
