About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Senior Risk and Business Continuity Leadto work within ourStrategy & Impact Division.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and operationalising both enterprise risk management and business continuity across Scope. As a senior member of the team you will provide leadership and support to the Head of Risk Compliance & Assurance as well as developing and maintaining Scopes business continuity framework polices and plans.

Your Key Focus

• Facilitate strategic and operational risk reviews providing analysis and insights to inform decision-making
• Work collaboratively with other functions across Scope to embed risk and continuity practices and support the uplift of organisational risk maturity
• Integrate appetite and tolerance levels into risk assessments workshops and reporting
• Develop and deliver training awareness programs and workshops to build organisational risk capability

What We Look For

• Significant experience in risk management with demonstrated ability to embed frameworks facilitate risk reviews and uplift risk maturity across a large organisation
• Proven ability to design and deliver training workshops and awareness programs to build risk capability and culture at all levels of an organisation.
• Experience in the human services disability and/ or community sector highly regarded
• Practical experience in business continuity management including business impact analysis (BIA) continuity planning testing and scenario exercises.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously contributing as a senior member of the team.
• Strong ability to engage with and positively influence stakeholders
