The Boeing CompanyBoeing is seeking an ISS Logistics Manager to join our team in Houston TX.
In this role you will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for on-orbit logistics and ground logistics support of all hardware sustained under the ISS contract. The Manager translates the Statement of Work into annual plans ensures spares accountability oversees manifesting and shipping directs supportability planning and maintains logistics data systems. This role will coach and develop engineers and technicians drive continuous improvement in logistics processes uphold the highest standards for quality and safety and work cross-functionally with engineering. Position Responsibilities:
Provide oversight for On Orbit Planning and Execution:
Maintain On-Orbit Maintenance Plan and Maintenance Data Collection
Maintain Logistics Support Analysis Records and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns
MER Console
Provide oversight for Ground Planning and Execution:
Demand Analysis
Material Management
Residual Asset Management
Shipping & Logistics Execution
Manifesting for sustained hardware
Spares tracking and planning
Provide oversight for Data Systems including ensuring GOL Desp and Info Center operations admin and sustainment:
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Provide regular status risk and schedule to NASA and Boeing leadership
Team Leadership:
Hire develop and retain high-performing staff; conduct performance reviews; promote safety quality and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
8 years relevant experience in aerospace/logistics/sustainment with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Experience translating SOW/contract requirements into annual plans schedules WBS and deliverables
Proven knowledge of spares management manifesting shipping regulations
Experience with logistics databases and data systems
Familiarity with relevant ISS/space sustainment guidance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in engineering leadership or engineering in aerospace.
Excellent communications skills verbal and written.
Experience effectively communicate at all levels of management customers and partners.
Experience building a safe environment of inclusion transparency and trust.
Leadership skills to lead and influence positive outcomes.
Experience in leading mentoring and engaging individuals and teams
Experience providing active mentorship and career guidance.

NASA Access:
This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
