Job Summary
Bachelors Degree in Civil Structural or Hydraulic Engineering.
Masters Degree in Water Resources Construction Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 10 years on large dam or hydropower projects.
Proven experience on at least two major international infrastructure projects
Experience working with contractors consultants and government regulators
Direct application of FIDIC or similar contract forms in infrastructure projects
Supervise and manage the execution of construction works on dams spillways power stations and associated infrastructure.
Coordinate with contractors subcontractors engineers and client representatives to ensure efficient execution and technical accuracy.
Lead the implementation and enforcement of the Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) management system on-site.
Review construction drawings method statements and technical submittals for conformity and constructability.
Monitor construction progress quality cost and schedule and prepare detailed reports.
Provide leadership in resolving site issues change orders and technical disputes.
Support testing and commissioning processes ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality benchmarks
Skills/Knowledge:
Construction supervision quality assurance HSE auditing claim review
Dams engineering hydrology construction safety international codes
