This 12-month secondment offers the opportunity to lead commercial management across our Business Partnering Outsourcing portfolio. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to deliver commercially sound compliant and impactful outcomes. What Youll Do
Lead commercial activities across BPO engagements including contract negotiation rate card reviews and compliance oversight.
Provide expert advice on commercial instruments such as MSAs SOWs and pricing models to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with Legal Procurement and Risk to manage contract execution and governance processes.
Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and partner negotiations.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners acting as a trusted advisor.
Support a culture of professionalism accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
What Youll Bring
Experience in commercial or contractual management within financial services or business partnering experience would be beneficial
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse groups.
Knowledge of outsourcing models and regulatory frameworks with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
Effective communication and analytical skills to interpret contracts and present commercial insights.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a structured supportive environment.
A collaborative mindset and interest in developing others while contributing to team goals.
