Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate digital projects and initiatives that support the banks strategic objectives.

• Track and document digital program performance ensuring timely progress and smooth execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Strategy Risk Finance and Vendor Management.

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and digital operations.

• Organize key program materials including timelines policies and workflow documentation.

• Research digital banking trends competitive insights and emerging technologies.

• Participate in team meetings to learn project management and digital governance practices.

• Analyze data and reports to assess program effectiveness and potential improvement areas.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Current enrollment in a degree program (sophomore junior or senior standing) in Business Information Systems Data Analytics or related field.

• Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital tools systems and technology-driven solutions.

Preferred:

• Experience with project tracking or collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Smartsheet).

• Exposure to data analysis business process mapping or digital program management concepts.
