Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts within the construction and contractors industry with expertise in surety and bonds. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 annually (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business focused on construction and contractor accounts
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business
- Provide expertise in surety and bonds for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Strong background in handling construction and contractor accounts
- Proven experience with surety and bonds
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
