Digital Compliance Executive

We are seeking a proactive and diligent Digital Compliance Executive to join our Marketing team. This role serves as the primary and central point of contact (SPOC) for all data protection matters within the department and leads innovative IT systems & digital processes adaptations to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. The ideal candidate will ideally possess foundational knowledge of data protection digital systems and risk management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cross-functional coordination between Marketing IT Careline and Legal teams on tactical data-related actions.
• Management of risk in developed digital strategies by ensuring compliance in dynamic regulations environment.
• Policy development to ensure compliance with regulations: data protection cybersecurity and relevant local data protection laws
• Cookie categorization and reconciliation across digital touchpoints in collaboration with IDT eCommerce and Legal teams.
• Oversight of registration and consent frameworks ensuring alignment with GDPR and market-specific requirements
• Up-to-date documentation management including Records of Processing Activities for digital marketing
• Integration of data protection into digital marketing CRM consumer engagement and eCommerce initiatives

What are we looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of data protection guidelines and data digital systems.
• Experience in a marketing environment preferred; familiarity with data protection across digital touchpoints is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic technical understanding of PII data flows in digital environments and cookie management is a strong advantage.
• Salesforce certification is a plus; knowledge of cookie management systems (e.g. OneTrust) is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
