Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Getting planning inventory capacity and financial Information through observing receiving and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
  • Managing CAPEX and OPEX initiatives planning and strategies to meeting the demand of the FAB departments.
  • Implementing world-class TPM programs ensuring of machine optimization and full labor utilization.
  • Communicating with supervisors peers or subordinates providing information to supervisors co-workers and subordinates by telephone in written form e-mail or in person.
  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Resolving conflicts and negotiating with others handling complaints settling disputes and resolving grievances and conflicts.
  • Evaluating Information to determine compliance with applicable processes laws regulations or standards.
  • Making Decisions and Solving Problems analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Lead and participate actively in VOS tier meetings activities and projects.
  • Utilization of Oracle ERP data analytic tools and systems such as Power BI SQL and Microsoft Platforms to assist and aid in the management of the fabrication facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree on Industrial Manufacturing or any other Engineering
  • Previous experience in Low volume high mix manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with Engineering to Order manufacturing style (Electrical products ones is a plus)
  • 5 years of experience in similar position
  • Results and people driven
  • Strong Leadership & People Management skills
  • Proficient with Operations KPIs: Efficiency Productivity and Quality
  • Strong analytical skills able to find gaps and create corrective and preventive strategies and solutions
  • Savvy with L6S Tools to analyze problems and find their root cause: RCA A3 5W RPS etcetera.
  • Strong in performance management able to design and perform people strategy to elevate the teams performance
  • Robust influential skills able to drive Change Management strategies to improve processes across functions
  • Strong Critical Thinking Judgment and Decision Making.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean & Six Sigma principles knowledge
  • Strong Financial experience
  • Robust Communication and Leadership skills

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in engineering Masters Degree is preferable
