Conduct financial and performance evaluations by business unit (New Cars Used Cars Aftersales).
Develop business cases to assess impact on overall profitability.
Perform monthly financial evaluations (AA A B C classification).
Analyze financial statements and monitor trends in key financial KPIs.
Provide consultancy to improve Dealer Network profitability ensuring data quality and consistency through audits.
Lead business reviews with partners presenting financial results and actionable insights.
Conduct network visits to implement profitability improvement plans in collaboration with dealers.
Drive initiatives to reduce the number of dealers operating at a loss.
Organize workshops with the Dealer Network to share best practices enhance financial data quality and improve KPIs.
Administer and maintain the Business Management database (FinancialView).

2. Years of Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting Finance Audit and Financial Statement Analysis including calculation of key financial KPIs
3. Education
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or Business Administration (required)
Professional title or equivalent certification is mandatory
4. Specific Course/Certifications
Understanding and Interpreting Financial Reporting Standards (FRS): Comprehensive training focused on establishing rules for the presentation of financial statements ensuring transparency comparability and reliability to support informed decision-making
