Position Overview

We are looking for a technically minded and detail-orientedIndirect Tax Analystto support our global indirect tax function with a focus onsystems data and analytics. This role will work closely with the Record-to-Report (RTR) Tax Team and other Tax & Finance Team Members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of indirect tax data flows across ERP and tax engine platforms particularlySAPandONESOURCE.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the configuration testing and maintenance of indirect tax logic inSAPandONESOURCE.
• Assist in monitoring and validating indirect tax data flows across systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze transactional data to identify anomalies trends or system issues affecting indirect tax determination.
• Collaborate with IT Finance and Tax teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related tax issues.
• Participate in ERP/tax engine upgrades enhancements and integration projects.
• Maintain documentation of tax system configurations data flows and process improvements.
• Support the development of dashboards or reports to monitor indirect tax performance and data quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems Tax Technology or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in indirect tax (VAT and/or US Sales & Use Tax) tax technology or ERP/tax engine support in a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience withSAPandONESOURCEis a strong plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with data tools (e.g. Power BI Alteryx SQL) is a plus.
  • Understanding of indirect tax determination logic and transaction flows in ERP systems.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills inEnglish(written and verbal).
  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented organized and eager to learn.
• Other:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into business language and vice versa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to indirect tax processes across multiple regions (e.g. EMEA Americas APAC).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tax IT Finance Shared Services).
• Familiarity with tax engine logic VAT/GST rules and digital reporting requirements.
