Job Summary

We are inviting applications for HR Generalist to join the HR team in Castlemartyr Resort.

The successful candidate will support all administrative aspects of the office operations. This is a great opportunity to gain HR experience in a friendly and supportive environment.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:

1 years administrative experience in a similar role
HR accreditation
Excellent IT skills
Strong administration and time management skills

Personal Qualities

Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
Be self-motivated being able to work alone with good personal organisation.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritise own workload work independently within a dynamic environment.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

Supporting the administrative on-boarding process including posting of new jobs screening CVs setting up interviews and reference checking
Support Senior HR Personnel in all ad hoc duties.
To demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality at work and in matters relating to the operations within the Finance and HR department and the Resort.
Off-boarding completing required paperwork ensuring return of company equipment and property and conducting Exit Interviews.
Comply with GDPR regulations ensure private and confidential data is kept secure and disposed of in the appropriate manner.
To be involved and assist the HR Manager with Employee Relations issues at the Resort.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
Maintaining all employee records.
