Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za archiwizację i weryfikację materiałów typu short form publikowanych w serwisie oraz na kanałach YouTube. Do głównych zadań należeć będzie przekazywanie materiałów do archiwum cyfrowego raportowanie wykorzystanej muzyki do organizacji zbiorowego zarządzania (OZZ) oraz archiwizacja wybranych surówek.

W ramach obowiązków przewidziana jest ścisła współpraca z dziennikarzami montażystami oraz zespołami produkcyjnymi online.

Zakres Obowiązków...

- archiwizacja short forms redakcji internetowych i YouTube

- weryfikacja short forms

- przekazywanie short forms do archiwum cyfrowego

- przekazywania wybranych surówek redakcji i YouTube do archiwum cyfrowego

- raportowanie muzyki do OZZ opublikowanej na stronach oraz wybranych kanałach YouTube

W ramach wyżej wymienionych zadań współpraca z dziennikarzami montażystami oraz produkcją dla online.

Nasze Oczekiwania...

• Znajomość procesu archiwizacji materiałów wideo: Doświadczenie w pracy z materiałami redakcyjnymi takimi jak short forms i surówki jest kluczowe. Kandydat/tka powinien umieć skutecznie organizować i systematycznie porządkować treści.

• Umiejętność weryfikacji treści: Dokładność i skrupulatność w ocenie materiałów przed archiwizacją są niezbędne. Kandydat/tka powinien znać standardy redakcyjne i techniczne.

• Podstawowa znajomość systemów archiwizacji cyfrowej: mile widziane doświadczenie z systemami typu MAM (Media Asset Management).

• Znajomość zasad raportowania muzyki do OZZ (np. ZAiKS STOART): Kandydat/tka powinien umieć identyfikować utwory muzyczne w materiałach oraz mieć doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu raportów dla organizacji zbiorowego zarządzania.

• Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy zespołowej: Współpraca z dziennikarzami montażystami i produkcją jest kluczowa. Kandydat/tka powinien być otwarty na kontakt i szybko reagować na potrzeby zespołu.

• Samodzielność: Kandydat/tka powinien umieć samodzielnie realizować zadania w ramach wyznaczonych procedur.

Your New Role...
The person in this position will be responsible for archiving and verifying short-form video content published on and YouTube channels. Key tasks include transferring materials to the digital archive reporting music usage to collective management organizations (CMOs) and archiving selected raw footage.

This role involves close collaboration with journalists editors and online production teams.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Archiving short-form content from and YouTube editorial teams

• Verifying short-form content

• Transferring short-form content to the digital archive

• Transferring selected raw footage from and YouTube editorial teams to the digital archive

• Reporting music used on and selected YouTube channels to CMOs

• Collaboration with journalists editors and online production teams is an integral part of these tasks.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Knowledge of video archiving processes: Experience working with editorial materials such as short forms and raw footage is essential. The candidate should be able to organize and systematically manage content.

• Content verification skills: Accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing materials before archiving are crucial. Knowledge of editorial and technical standards is required.

• Basic knowledge of digital archiving systems: Experience with MAM (Media Asset Management) systems is a plus.

• Understanding of music reporting rules for CMOs (e.g. ZAiKS STOART): Ability to identify music tracks in materials and prepare reports for collective management organizations.

• Communication and teamwork: Close cooperation with journalists editors and production teams is key. The candidate should be responsive and collaborative.

• Independence: Ability to complete tasks autonomously within established procedures.

• Accuracy and reliability: Particularly important for verification and reporting tasks.

• Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage large volumes of data and materials effectively.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic editorial environment.
