We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Support Officer (ESO) to join our Student Support Department. This position will work closely with teaching staff across the Maddingley and Woodlea Campuses. The role is ongoing and full time. Hours of work are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be negotiated with the preferred applicant based on relevant experience and current qualifications.
The primary objective of the ESO is to support teaching staff in delivering high-quality education tailored to each student in alignment with the Schools values and educational goals. The role includes routine classroom support tasks usually undertaken under guidance and supervision.
In addition this position may involve supporting students with high needs which can include assistance with learning mobility and day-to-day personal care. A caring flexible and respectful approach will be essential in providing this support effectively and sensitively.
