Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Manager Accounting Services to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading financial strategy and operational excellence across a diverse national portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Accounting Services youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

Lead financial operations across a complex national portfolio balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
Provide strategic financial guidance to support commercial decisions and long-term planning.
Oversee technical accounting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
Lead budgeting forecasting and reporting cycles with precision and strategic foresight.
Collaborate with operational leaders to align financial performance with service delivery outcomes.
Support contract negotiations and commercial reviews to optimise value and mitigate risk.

What Youll Bring

CA or CPA qualification with strong technical expertise in accounting and commercial finance.
Proven experience leading large diverse finance teams across national operations.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
A track record of delivering results in complex environments with competing priorities.
Experience in public sector or government-aligned environments is highly regarded.
Passion for mentoring and developing finance talent across all levels.
