Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our logistics operations. This role focuses on managing purchasing functions previously handled by the Logistics Material Specialist including following up on purchase orders and maintaining accurate records in the Tecsys system.

The Purchasing Assistant will work closely with the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) to ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials.

This role is ideal for someone that is seeking independent work but also values being a part of a collaborative service driven team.

Whats Available:

• Full time 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

• Schedule: Primarily Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm

• Location: Onsite- West Salem WI
  

What Youll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency Required

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Independent and self-motivated: Youre comfortable managing your own workload and staying productive with minimal supervision.

• Resilient customer service mindset and the ability to remain calm professional and solution focused in a fast paced environment

• Proficiency with computers and data entry experience with ERP or Materials Management Systems a plus
