Overview

NaphCare is growing and we have an excellentopportunity for an Internal Communications Managerto join our team on-site at ourCorporate HeadquartersinBirmingham AL.

The Internal Communications Manager ensures employees are informed engaged and aligned with the organizations vision strategy and values. This role connects leadership messages to frontline understandinghelping every employee see how their work contributes to the bigger picture.

Key purposes include:

  • Building transparency and trust between leadership and employees.
  • Strengthening company culture through storytelling and consistent messaging.
  • Driving engagement by ensuring employees understand goals priorities and updates.
  • Managing communication channels (intranet newsletters town halls internal campaigns).
  • Supporting change management initiatives through clear timely communication.

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Partner with HR Marketing and Operations to coordinate consistent messaging.
  • Draft edit and distribute internal content such as announcements newsletters leadership messages and intranet updates.
  • Plan and manage employee engagement campaigns culture initiatives and town halls.
  • Measure communication effectiveness through surveys analytics and feedback loops.
  • Advise leaders on tone clarity and timing for key communications.
  • Manage internal branding to reflect the companys mission and values.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS (Education Experience and Certifications)

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years in corporate communications internal communications or employee engagement.
  • Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.

WORKING CONDITIONS MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Long periods of sitting at a desk performing light physical work including working at a computer terminal.
  • Light physical work involving lifting and carrying.
  • Talking and listening to communicate ideas or requirements to individual staff members.
  • Visual acuity to listen attentively and accurately.
