Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Data Analyst - Reporting & Visualization

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical capabilities a passion for data-driven insights and hands-on experience with modern data visualization tools and programming languages like Python and/or R.
The resource will be responsible for analyzing complex data and delivering accurate timely and impactful reports and dashboards that inform business decisions. A high degree of ownership integrity and commitment to excellence effective communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends generate actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
Visualization Development: Design and build scalable automated dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau to meet evolving business requirements.
Data Integrity & Timeliness: Ensure high levels of accuracy consistency and punctuality in all data outputs and reporting deliverables.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies (including G global teams) to gather requirements deliver solutions and provide analytics support.
Continuous Improvement: Drive automation of recurring reports and identify opportunities for optimization in reporting processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in data analytics reporting automation and dashboard development.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel SQL and working knowledge of R and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI Tableau or SAS.
Strong logical reasoning problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Self-starter high standards of work ethics integrity and a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Power BI implementations including data modeling DAX and advanced visualizations.
Building up Strong COE Approach
Integration experience using R/Python with BI tools for advanced analytics.
In-depth understanding of Power BI functionalities performance tuning cluster management and hidden capabilities.
Power BI Certification is a strong plus.
Experience in migration upgrade planning and managing large data pipelines is an added advantage
