Role Overview The Premier Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and growing a portfolio of premium 811 customers. The role focuses on relationship management CASA acquisition cross-selling of banking and investment products and delivering a superior customer experience while driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage and deepen relationships with 811 premium customers.

Acquire CASA accounts and increase balances through proactive engagement.

Cross-sell banking and third-party products including:

Conduct customer meetings follow-ups and need-based solution selling.

Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.

Adhere to KYC AML and internal compliance guidelines.
