Job Summary
The pay for this position is $44850-$58908.9150 annually.
$500.00 sign on bonus

The Case Manager coordinates plans and implements services to support children and families in accomplishing their treatment goals including skill building advocacy and resource connection.

- An Associates Degree and two years experience and/or Bachelors Degree.
- The ability to establish and maintain supportive relationships with children youth and families.
- Knowledge on how to provide holistic and therapeutic case management services.
- Experience working in the mental health field.
