Were searching for a Senior Systems Analyst (Telecom Expense Management) - someone who works well in a fast-paced this position you will have a major role in developing business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within Integrated Delivery System. The Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all telecommunications expenses across the organization. This individual will manage telecom vendor relationships analyze billing data identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce overall telecommunications spend while ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive reviews of telecom invoices contracts and inventory to identify billing errors unused services and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of all telecommunications assets including circuits lines mobile devices and related services.
Work closely with IT Finance and Procurement to ensure telecom expenses are accurately allocated and reported.
Negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure optimal pricing contract terms and service-level agreements.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure telecom expense trends and savings initiatives.
Coordinate telecom service changes disconnects and adds to align with organizational needs.
Provide monthly quarterly and annual reporting on telecom spend trends and cost-saving initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in telecom cost management.

Skills & Requirements
H.S. Diploma or GED
8 years of major system design and implementation experience
Bachelors degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. A masters degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis
