The five-star Falkensteiner Family Resort Sicily on the islands southern coast captures the spirit of Sicily. Between golden beaches and the Valley of the Temples family-friendly suites and garden villas overlook the sea. Executive Housekeeper (m/f/d) starting May 2026
Your responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining hygiene and quality standards in rooms and public areas
- Employee management training and motivation
- Coordination with operating departments especially front office and maintenace
- Stocking checking and inventorying the minibar
- Responsibility for efficient stock management and its control (cleaning materials hotel linen and guest supplies)
- Conducting regular inspections to identify defects/damage
- Compliance with and review of the current housekeeping budget and personnel costs for the department (schedule and vacation planning)
- Seasonal decoration of public areas
- Responsibility for the order and cleanliness of the back of the house areas and ensuring basic cleaning
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in leading and motivating employees
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Protel is an advantage
- You impress with your warmth and attention to detail
- Strong inclination towards cleanliness and high quality orientation
- Can-do attitude hands-on mentality and high flexibility
- Team player
- Written and spoken English and Italian German is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
