About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and ouralternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys mostrespected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Execute trade instruction from investment managers incorporating order placement document completion and payment processing.
- Process clients portfolio transactions and the finalizing of trade events as required.
- Resolving client/administrator queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform the administration of any services pursuant to administration agreements and depository agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds.
- Calculating fund fees and expenses and coordinating payment of same (ensuring follow up).
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors investment advisors / managers administrators banks brokers and auditors.
- Working with back office group and liaising with other departments within Citco as required.
- Any other duties which the organization may require as part of the business.
Qualifications
About You:
- You have a degree in Accounting/ Finance or in a related discipline.
- Excellent communicator.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word Excel etc).
