What you will do

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals.
    • Set clear objectives and sales targets aligned with CSS MEA goals.
    • Monitor team performance provide coaching and ensure accountability.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  2. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
    • Identify market opportunities and potential clients to expand market share.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues ensuring prompt resolution.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
  4. Strategic alignment with SaaS:
    • Strategically align SaaS with CSS to position early on in the sales cycle.
    • Enhance services attachment after Point of Sales (APOS) to maximize revenue.
    • Coordinate efforts to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer transformation needs.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Track sales performance metrics pipeline and forecasts.
  • Analyse data to identify trends opportunities and potential risks.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales results and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Oracle stakeholders including sales marketing and product teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and partners.
  • Leverage partnerships to maximize outcomes and achieve mutual business objectives.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on sales performance insights.
    • Implement best practices and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Experience:

  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the enterprise SaaS environment with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
  • Customer Success: Expertise in customer success management or comprehensive knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SaaS market dynamics competitors and emerging trends.
  • MEA Region Network:Established network facilitating effective relationship-building and potential business development.
  • Performance Management: Track record of achieving ambitious sales targets monitoring metrics and driving continuous improvement.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related fields. Masters degree or sales management certifications preferred.
