Job Summary
Responsible for leading the strategy execution and delivery of professional services to ensure client success project excellence and business growth.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements with a focus on quality and customer value.
- Conduct project assessments to ensure alignment with scope timelines and strategic objectives.
- Implement and enforce delivery standards methodologies and quality assurance practices across projects.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing services delivery team.
- Partner with Sales Product and Customer Success to align services with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage resource planning budgets and profitability of the professional services organization.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key clients ensuring long-term relationships and sustainable outcomes.
