Why Your Role Matters:
The Senior Business Analyst will be part of the Operational Finance team whose key objectives are to support UNSW with core system and transactional activities (operational and general accounting) and work towards standardised processes with continual improvements in systems and process to support UNSW financial integrity and strategy. This role provides an opportunity for you to actively contribute to the future proofing of our service management and enterprise resource planning technology.
In this role you will contribute to driving the advancement of core financial processes (procure-to-pay order-to-cash record-to-report) and systems and their integration to improve operations customer experience and quality of deliverables. The focus of this role is to work closely with key stakeholders process SMEs and project teams to evaluate end-to-end financial processes understand business requirements and process variations in order to streamline and implement standardized processes and automated solutions.
This role reports to the Associate Director Operations & Continuous Improvement and has no direct reports.
