As ourCoordinator City Infrastructure Planning & Strategy youll oversee the development of integrated sustainable infrastructure strategies that influence how our community experiences our city every day from the roads we travel to the places we connect.

Working within the City Futures Division youll help bring together technical excellence customer experience and visionary thinking to deliver practical and inspiring results.

You will bring:

• Proven leadership in infrastructure transport or asset planning with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive great outcomes.
• Sound technical proficiency in civil infrastructure asset management and transport planning with the confidence to guide and empower technical experts to shape city-shaping solutions.
• Real-world experience delivering innovative asset management solutions that make a difference for our community.
• Sharp up-to-date knowledge of local government legislation and regulatory requirements where you know how to navigate the landscape and get things done.
• A flair for crafting clear compelling technical documentation - specifications tenders and project reports that set the standard.
• Strategic thinking and creative problem solving always looking for ways to innovate and raise the bar.
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills connecting with colleagues partners and the community at every level.
• Tech-savvy confidence with the latest computing and project management tools.
• A tertiary qualification in Engineering Transport Planning or a related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent experience).

The Detail:

The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is classified at Level 8 with a starting salary of $135065 per annum Super Annual Leave Loading.
