Job Description
Title: Administrative Coordinator
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and education
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Oklahoma City OK
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for administrative financial and other various office tasks within the Administration unit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist employees with travel arrangements per diem and reimbursements
Surplus office furniture and computer assets as needed
Assist in day-to-day finance operations to include accounts payable accounts receivable and various other duties as assigned
Order office furniture and supplies as needed
Submit facilities maintenance requests for various locations
Oversee all office inventory
Manage employee Comdata card pin numbers
Prepare offices for new employees: clean office set up computer equipment and furniture
Manage office fleet vehicles to include reporting Comdata cards and schedule maintenance
Other administrative and finance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Strong communication organization and multi-tasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
