What Youll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed goals.
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional sales experiences.
- Train and develop salespeople to maximize volume growth and profitability
- Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market inventory and Mazda products.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive sales preferably as an Internet Manager Sales Manager similar role.
- Strong understanding of finance profitability and the F&I process.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
