Erickson Senior Living is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Director of Revenue Cycle/ Accounts Receivable to support the VP of Finance AR in overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable operations. This strategic leadership role is vital to maintain financial health and optimizing cash flow across our multi-site healthcare organization and diverse real estate portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in healthcare revenue cycle management knowledge of real estate financial operations and a strong leadership background.

How you will make an impact

• Lead daily operations of the A/R department including billing collections cash applications and reconciliation.

• Develop and enforce policies for accurate and compliant billing and collections.

• Oversee A/R functions across multiple healthcare sites ensuring standardization and performance.

• Collaborate with clinical property management and finance teams to streamline workflows.

• Analyze A/R metrics and aging reports to identify trends and improve processes.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and lease agreements.

• Mentor and develop A/R team members.

• Support audits and financial reporting.

• Implement automation and technology solutions.

• Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy.

Compensation: $165000.00 -$175000.00 per year plus eligibility for annual bonus

What you will need

• Minimum 10 years of experience in A/R or revenue cycle management with 7 years in leadership.

• Experience in multi-site healthcare environments (e.g. hospitals clinics).

• Strong understanding of real estate billing and lease structures.

• Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills.

• High ethical standards and commitment to transparency.
