Your role

We are looking for a driven and visionary leader to head the IT security Platform team part of delivery unit IT Security & Compliance. You will manage a team of high performing cyber security and system specialists working with platform capabilities for Saabs central security services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the service area in line with Saab IT Security strategy and with a close monitoring and flexibility in change depending on an always-changing external threat landscape and Saab needs.
• Drive the roadmap for the IT security platform ensuring it meets current and future security needs in both on-prem and cloud solutions.
• Provide platform capabilities including central services for Saab IT to rely on and meet IT security compliance needs.
• Part of the Delivery unit IT security management team with a common vision and purpose to advise solve and support Saab in the IT security area.

Your profile

Required:

• Proven leadership experience with ability to engage and motivate teams to reach strategic goals.
• Preferred technical experience in the field of IT security with hands-on experience of system administration and ITIL.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices such as ISO 27001 & NIST.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and financial planning with an ability to allocate resources effectively and ensure cost-efficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in both Swedish and English
• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or an equivalent qualification

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
