Job Summary
Were looking for a grounded creative and proactiveBrand Agency All-round Internto join our team atRituals Cosmetics HQ in Amsterdam. Youll work alongside the Brand Content Art Direction and Production teams of The Brand Agency supporting the creation of inspiring and meaningful content that brings theRitualsphilosophy to life.
Your focus will include:
Editorial & Project management support for theRituals Magazineand Wellbeing Projects
Creative development and production support forMasterclasses
Hands-on production assistance for theCreative DirectionandProductionteams when needed
This internship is perfect for someone passionate about copywriting storytelling and production full of creative ideas and deeply interested in wellbeing lifestyle and meaningful daily routines.
Support the Brand Agency withinRitualsin its day-to-day creative projects and campaigns.
Assist the Content Team by contributing creative ideas and crafting engaging well-written content forRituals Magazine.
Help maintain the editorial calendar and manage creative workflows efficiently.
Contribute to the development and production ofRituals MasterclassesandWellbeing Photoshoots(e.g. recipes and workouts).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Participate in brainstorming sessions contribute fresh ideas and provide strategic insights to elevate the brands storytelling.
Review your own work apply strategic thinking and ensure creative excellence across communication touch points.
Qualifications :
You are currently studying towards a Bachelors or Masters degree (HBO/WO level) in Communication Marketing or International Business.
You are availablefull-time from February 2026 for a period of 6 months.
You maintainexcellent communication skills in English your English reads and sounds native and yes thats a must.
You have strongattention to detail with excellentplanning organisation and multitaskingabilities.
You can work confidently withAsanaMicrosoft Word PowerPoint Excel and Photoshop.
You have agenuine interest in wellbeing mindfulness and the Rituals brand.
You arecreative flexible and eager to learnfrom different creative disciplines.
Youre a trueteam player proactive positive and open-minded.
You enjoy working in afast-paced international environmentand take pride in delivering high-quality work.
