Group Product Manager (Logistics, Service)

We are on the lookout for a Group Product Manager -  (Logistics Service) to join the Logistics Service product line on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

In our Logistics Team youll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient affordable and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders end customers and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

In this role you will lead the domains Product Managers ensuring we continue to develop a world-class team and leveraging your experience in product development to challenge the evolution of our products. 

You will work collaboratively with engineering data science analytics design/UX research and product ops to create a high-performance team culture within the team and deliver value quickly.  

Your Mission

• Lead a range of end-user and facing tools that support millions of customer rider & vendor issues every month. 

• Responsible growth & development of 3 - 4 product managers shaping their product mindset and supporting their ongoing career growth. 

• Set a multi-year vision for your products and foster a culture that delivers value against that vision every quarter. 

• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company; build consensus on the product roadmap and demonstrate impact.

• Manage expectations of stakeholders from 40 countries ensuring strong collaboration by building consensus on the product roadmap. 

Qualifications :

• 8 years of experience in experience in product management and 4 years of experience as a people manager

• Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving B2B(2C) products

• Data-driven and impact-oriented; very comfortable with metrics & KPIs

• Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in building customer facing products

• Fluent in English

• Experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders from around the world

• Experience in working with Customer Service products
