- Design pressure flow and spray test stands and upgrades focusing on improved automation using control valves and pressure & flow sensors.
- Develop and improve test stand control hardware and safety circuitry to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist calibration efforts for lab and production test stands to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate actively in a High-Performance Team environment contributing to various functions as needed.
- Present project plans data and results to the team generating detailed reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Support fellow engineers with projects and tasks fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain a safe working environment adhering to a zero-incident culture.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Hands-On Skills: Strong experience in mechanical systems design fabrication and troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent skills for presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences along with precise scientific documentation abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to Parker facilities local universities and suppliers.
