What this role is all about:
The Bilingual Recruiter/HR Generalists main responsibility will be Recruitment. During recruitment downtime they will assist with other HR functions.
Responsibilities and Results:
Recruitment:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for multiple positions: sourcing applications/resumes of candidates conducting phone screenings coordinating and conducting interviews tracking candidates and reporting interview data.
- Manage the hiring process for multiple positions: setting up pre-employment screenings/tests scheduling and assisting in new hire orientation communicating new hire information to Supervisors and the Human Resources department.
- Conduct check-ins with new hires and their supervisors to collect feedback and identify additional training needs/room for improvement. Collect feedback from new hires to ensure the onboarding process is going smoothly.
- Partner with plant leaders to help identify hiring needs and provide expertise in hiring and talent planning.
- Work with plant superintendents and supervisors to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Maintain a variety of recruiting sources that provide appropriate candidate flow.
Other HR responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate translations for safety messages and confirm that information is clear and correct.
- Help supervisors complete incident reports and gather necessary details from employees.
- Work with the Human Resources team to translate and explain human resource policies procedures laws standards or regulations as needed.
- Travel to HR Conference once every 2 years.
- Potentially attend offsite leadership or HR trainings.
Location and Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (schedule can be flexible).
- This is an in-person position. The office is located at 1620 Townline Rd Tomah WI 54660
Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to communicate with candidates who speak English or Spanish.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in addition to strong active listening skills
- Exceptional decision-making skills and resourcefulness
- Ability to adapt in frequently changing environment and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated leadership capacity and desire to grow personally and professionally
- Take time to learn the production process and able to adapt through the difficulties of the recruiting process
- Enjoys collaborating and working as a team to meet hiring needs

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in Human Resources full-cycle recruitment (preferred)
- SHRM-CP (will need to be certified within two years of hire)
- Office 365 experience
