Job Summary
Manufacturing Plant Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Avon Massachusetts
Hours: First shift 7:00am3:30pm
Rate: $29.00$34.00 hourly depending on experience

Key responsibilities
- Own routine care of assets: clean lubricate align/adjust and calibrate equipment.
- Test systems troubleshoot faults repair issues and order/replace components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and tackle unscheduled repairs across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Evaluate chronic failures and propose upgrades that improve availability capability and output.
- Root-cause and resolve equipment problems with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Write detailed technical reports covering modifications and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently during the shift.
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.
