Location: Las Vegas NV (Onsite Preferred) Open to PST Remote Candidates
Duration: 612 Month Contract (High Possibility of Extension)
Schedule: Standard PST hours with required daily overlap with UAE-based engineering team (flexible early-morning or brief evening check-in overlap details below)

This role involves managing and executing backlog work items handed off from an engineering team located internationally requiring consistent and proactive communication clear progress tracking and strong ownership of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Azure cloud infrastructure environments.
- Build optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
- Write modify and maintain Terraform modules and associated state.
- Take ownership of backlog tasks drive them to completion and communicate status clearly.
- Troubleshoot environment provisioning and deployment issues as they arise.
- Document deployment processes environment changes and operational improvements.
- Work directly with engineering teams in different time zones to align and hand off work.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services in production environments.
- Proficiency with Terraform including module development and state management.
- CI/CD experience using GitHub (GitHub Actions preferred).
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell Bash and/or Python.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable coordinating with engineering teams in different time zones.
Schedule / Collaboration Requirements
- This role requires ongoing overlap with a UAE-based team. Candidates may choose one of the following styles depending on preference:
- Option 1: Early-start schedule (e.g. 4:005:00 AM PST start)
- Option 2: Standard daytime schedule with a brief evening overlap check-in (e.g. around 9:00 PM PST)
- The hiring manager is flexible the key requirement is 1 hour of live collaboration with the UAE team per working day.
Work Environment
- Onsite in Las Vegas preferred for collaboration and environment familiarity.
- Candidates located in Pacific Time Zone may be considered for remote work.
- Contract role with strong potential for extension based on performance.
