Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
20 per hour Day Shifts Full-Time

What Were Looking For

Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Clinical experience in elderly care (e.g. wound care catheterisation dementia care).
Confident in care planning and using electronic health records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to delivering inclusive person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with person-centred care plans and clinical guidelines.
Assess plan implement and regularly review individual care plans.
Administer medication and treatments safely monitoring for effectiveness.
Maintain accurate care records and electronic documentation.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Provide emotional support to residents and families ensuring dignity and compassion.
Mentor care staff and contribute to ongoing training and audits.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and nursing best practices.
