Overview
Catholic Eldercare is seeking an On-Call/Casual Registered Nurse (RN) for our Assisted Living communities. This RN would pick up shifts when regular nurses are on vacation or have scheduled time off. Seeking candidates with AL experience while an RN.
Schedule: Casual/On-call IN-PERSON day shift M-F position. Shifts available will be Monday-Friday shifts general business hours around 8am-5pm. Minimum pick up expectation of 2 shifts per month. There is no set schedule and no minimum hours.

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living independent living skilled nursing memory care transitional care and adult day services.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse assists the Director of Health Services and RN Nurse Manager in completing assessments as required for our licensure implementing service plans assuring resident needs are met and reassessed as-needed communicating with staff/providers/residents/families regularly and for proper documentation related to the above. General supervision and training of staff is a shared responsibility with the Director of Health Services and other Nurses as well.
Qualifications
Current RN license to practice in the State of Minnesota required with experience as an RN in Assisted Living.
- Must be available to pickup day shifts.
Knowledge of Comprehensive Home Care & Assisted Living regulations.
Clinically competent to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents
Reading writing and speaking English is a requirement of the position
