About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for all people culture learning and development and change initiatives across our Hamilton Auckland Rotorua and Tauranga offices.
Youll guideThe TW Way our performance development and culture framework and shape the experiences that help our people do exceptional work and live great lives.
Youll partner closely with the CEO Partners and leaders to deliver firmwide initiatives that enhance wellbeing engagement and capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People & Culture strategy aligned with our Grow Beyond plan.
- Embed The TW Way for performance leadership and development.
- Expand the TW Academy to grow capability across legal business and leadership streams.
- Champion inclusion equity and wellbeing through Hauora and cultural initiatives.
- Support our change and transformation agenda across offices.
About You
Youre an experienced HR leader who thrives in a professional or complex corporate environment. Youre a confident influencer trusted advisor and advocate for people and culture. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and care deeply about creating great workplaces.
