As a Workforce Development Engineer in TPG you willbe responsible forcollaborating with management engineering and manufacturing team members to develop andfacilitatetechnical training courses and supporting this position you will work with department leaders toidentifytechnical training requirements to keep pace with the needs of the global TPG organization.

You will conduct needs assessments and analyses to support both short-term and long-term technical training requirements. You willmonitorthe effectiveness of technical training courses and work with department personnel to evaluate and improve existing training.

You will collaborate with team members across the global manufacturing organization to cross-train and transfer training materials for use at other travel may be involved.

Proficient writing facilitation and interpersonal skills

文書作成能力facilitation人を動かす力ただし管理職業務を意味しない他社員との協力に優れていること

Advanced computer skills

コンピューター一般の扱いに優れていること

Experience in 3D modeling course development and instructionare a plus

半導体製造工程の3次元モデリングシミュレーション教育コース作成技術教育の講師の経験があるとさらに望ましい

Education and Experience:

学歴経験

BS/MS in Engineering Science or Mathematics

工学または理学数学を含むの学士または修士号を有すること

Minimum of five years semiconductor experience in DRAM HBM fabrication process packaging etc.

DRAMまたはHBMのウエハー工程または組み立て工程に少なくとも5年間携わっていること
